Use of Service

YourESIM service is provided for personal and commercial use. You agree not to use it for illegal purposes.

Partner Billing

YourESIM does not sell eSIMs directly to consumers — eSIMs are provided to travelers through our registered partner program. Partners should raise billing disputes with our partnerships team within 7 days of the invoice date.

Limitation of Liability

YourESIM is not liable for carrier network outages, temporary service unavailability, or indirect damages.
